AYSCBC uses both informal and formal methods of assessing the needs of its Members as they fulfill their roles in education.

Feedback is sought on the activities of the Association and this provides further direction to the work of AYSCBC.

Surveys are developed, distributed and the input is gathered and summarized for future use.

Some of these include:

Exit Survey, which is sent to non-returning members of School Councils/Boards when there is an election

Conference Evaluation, distributed to delegates to gather their comments about the event

Training Needs survey, used to gather information for future workshops and materials development

AYSCBC Evaluation, distributed to all Members to obtain feedback on the services and all aspects of the organization. The first one was done in 2006 and the second one was completed in 2012.
